In-Call Options

Learn what features are available while on an active call.

While on an active call, press the Volume buttons to adjust the device volume.
To put a call on or off Hold, Mute, or Speaker phone, select the desired icon. To access your Contacts or the Dialpad during an active call, select the desired icon. To access the home screen during an active call, select the Home key.
To return to an active call, select the Phone icon in the Notification bar.
Note: You can also return to an Active call by swiping down from the Notification bar and selecting the Active call notification.
ADD A CALL: Select the Menu icon then select Add call.
Enter the desired number, then select the Call icon.
Adding a call will place the original call on hold. To merge the two calls, select the Merge call icon.
END A CALL: To end one call on the conference call, select Manage members.
Select the End call icon next to the desired number.
To end a call or conference call, select the End call icon.
