1. Select the Messages app from the home screen.
   
2. Select the Menu icon, then select Settings.
   
3. ADJUST NOTIFICATIONS: Select Notifications to turn notifications on or off, then select Notification sound.
   
4. Select Notification sound, then select APPLY.
   
5. TEXT/PICTURE MESSAGE LIMIT: From message settings, select Multimedia messages > Maximum message size > desired message size.
   
6. VIEW MESSAGE CENTER NUMBER: Select Text messages (SMS). The number will appear under Service center.
   
7. RESTORE DEFAULT SETTINGS: From the settings screen, select the Menu icon then select Restore default settings.
