App Troubleshooting

Use application manager to improve your app and device performance.

  1. CLEAR APP CACHE: Swipe down from the Notification bar, then select the Settings icon >  Apps > desired app > Storage > CLEAR CACHE.

  2. FORCE STOP AN APP: Swipe down from the Notification bar, then select the Settings icon >  Apps > desired app > select FORCE STOP. Select OK to confirm.

  3. CHECK FOR APP UPDATE: Select the Play Store app from the home screen > Menu icon > My apps & games > select the desired app > UPDATE.

  4. REMOVE AN APP: Select UNINSTALL. Select OK to confirm.

  5. REINSTALL AN APP: Select INSTALL.
