Email Settings

Manage email settings such as sync frequency, server settings, signature, deleting an email account, and more.

  1. ACCESS EMAIL SETTINGS: From the home screen, select the Email app.
    Note: In order to access email settings, you must have already Set Up Email.

  2. Select the Menu icon, then select the Settings icon.

  3. ADD NEW ACCOUNT: Select Add account, then follow the on-screen prompts.

  4. EDIT EMAIL ACCOUNT SETTINGS: From the Email Settings screen, select the desired email account.

  5. EDIT SYNC SETTINGS: From the desired email account, select Sync schedule.

  6. Select Set sync schedule.

  7. Select the desired sync frequency.

  8. ADD/EDIT SIGNATURE: From the desired email account, select Signature.

  9. Adjust Signature as desired, then select DONE.

  10. CHANGE SERVER SETTINGS: From the desired email account, select Server settings.

  11. Edit Server settings as desired, then select DONE.

  12. REMOVE ACCOUNT: From the desired email account, select REMOVE. Select REMOVE to confirm.
