1. The watchband tab is located on the back of the device.
   Note: Each band has its own watchband tab.
   
2. To assemble the watch, pull the watchband tab away from the watch then slide the watchbands into the watchband slots, until it clicks into place.
   
3. To change the watchband, remove the watchbands by pulling the watchband tab away from the watch then pulling the watchband up to remove.
