In this tutorial, you will learn how to:

• Locate SIM tray
• Insert or remove SIM & microSD card
 
A No SIM card notification will be displayed on the Lock screen when there is no SIM card in the device.

Locate SIM tray

The SIM & microSD tray is located on the right side of the device. To insert a SIM or microSD card, open the SIM slot cover by lifting up from the notch. Remove by lifting up from the SIM tray using your finger nail then pull the SIM tray out. 

Note: To prevent data corruption, it is recommended to unmount your memory card before removing it. To unmount your memory card, from the home screen swipe down from the Notification bar with two fingers > select the settings Settings icon > scroll to and select Storage > eject Eject icon.

Insert or remove SIM & microSD card

• Insert or remove the Nano-SIM card into the bottom of the SIM tray with the gold contacts facing up and the notched edge in the lower left.
• Insert or remove the microSD card into the bottom of the SIM tray with the gold contacts facing up and the notched edge to the right.

External Memory: Up to 512GB
