In this tutorial, you will learn how to:

• Access email inbox
• Compose an email
• Refresh the inbox/view an email
• Email options

When a new Email message is received, the outlook Outlook icon will be displayed in the Notification bar.



Access email inbox

From the home screen, select the  Outlook app. If you have multiple email accounts on the device, select the home icon Home icon then select the desired email account icon. 

Note: To view all emails in one inbox, select the home icon Home icon.

Compose an email

1. From the inbox, select the compose icon Compose icon.

2. Enter the recipient(s) email address, then enter the desired subject and message. Select the Attach icon and follow the prompts to add an attachment. When finished, select the Send icon.

Refresh the inbox/view an email

1. Swipe down from the center of the screen.

2. Select the desired email.

Email options

REPLY TO AN EMAIL: Select the drop-down icon.

Select Reply all, Reply, or Forward to respond to an email.

VIEW AN ATTACHMENT: Select an attachment to view. 

Note: If prompted, select the desired app to view the image in then select the desired option (Just once or Always).

DOWNLOAD AN ATTACHMENT: Select the menu icon Menu icon next to the desired attachment, then select the Download icon next to Device.   

Note: To access downloads, from the home screen select the gallery Gallery app > Albums tab > Downloads.

DELETE AN EMAIL: Select the delete Delete icon to delete an email.
