Before us, this store has never set up a first responder before. The man helping us was incredibly helpful. I believe he is the manager? He sat with us for three hours, as it is tricky to set up a first responder plan. He also had to wait on us trying to figure out how to cancel with our other provider. He was very helpful and great to work with! I love our new phones! We also got a great discount! This store is awesome! Everyone is very helpful and very friendly!
