Get an AT&T Mail address for account owners

Account owners can get an AT&T email address for AT&T Internet, Phone, or Phone-Advanced. This email address may also be your member ID.

Create an AT&T Mail address for your service

If you didn't get an AT&T email when you signed up for your AT&T phone or internet service, you can create one.

  1. Go to your myAT&T Profile.
  2. Scroll to Internet or Phone in My linked accounts.
  3. Choose Get AT&T email and then Continue.
  4. Accept the Terms of Service and select Continue.
  5. Do one of these:
    • Choose I need to create an AT&T email address and select Continue if you need to create an AT&T Mail account or select one of the suggested IDs.
    • Select I already have one if you have an AT&T Mail address.
  6. Follow the prompts to finish up.

FYI: Sometimes you can link your service to an AT&T email address you already have.
