Before updating AutoPay for your AT&T PREPAID account

Eligibility for AutoPay Savings Program for AT&T PREPAIDSM (formerly GoPhone®)
The AutoPay $5 discount eligibility is based on the following:
  • AutoPay enrollment is active.
  • You’re enrolled in a $30 monthly plan or higher.
  • If you enrolled in AutoPay prior to April 22, 2017, AutoPay amount cannot be less than $5 below your monthly plan. For example, if your monthly plan is $45, the AutoPay amount cannot be less than $40 to continue receiving the discount.

How to manage your PREPAID AutoPay information

Update stored AT&T PREPAID AutoPay payment information, payment method or payment amount
You need to be logged in to complete these steps. Your initial password is the last four digits of your wireless number.
  1. At the top of the page, select Profile & Settings.
  2. Select Payment Options.
  3. Follow the prompts to edit payment details and confirm your changes.

To cancel AutoPay for your AT&T PREPAID account

You need to be logged in to complete these steps. Your initial password is the last four digits of your wireless number.
  1. At the top of the page, select Home.
  2. Select Manage AutoPay.
  3. Select End AutoPay.
  4. Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation of your AutoPay.
