Don’t order- AT&T won’t actually send it to you

We ordered this item months ago, and it initially said it shipped but then AT&T cancelled the order. I submitted the order again a few weeks ago, got confirmation of the order, but it still hasn’t shipped and I doubt at this point that it ever will. This is not the first issue we’ve had with the AT&T store- such a scam.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Looks good but that's about it

Looks great but very hard if not impossible to get it to charge if you have the headset with elite strap with battery. Also noticing hand controller disconnects since using the rechargeable batteries. Poor execution for a supposedly premium product imo

It's a good setup and I like it. The unit holds the meta quest in place and it charges real good.

Hard to sync in order to charge

I had a very difficult time getting the head set to sit just right in order for it to stay charging. I was able to adjust it to get it to charge but a few seconds later it would stop charging and the light would turn off until I adjusted the headset again.
