Promotional Card Issues | Order Never Received
I had a promotional card for $250. I visited multiple stores and was informed it could only be used online. After many attempts to call a representative, I placed an order online and received an invalid confirmation number. I tried again calling a representative to verify on my order but, seeing as I am no longer an ATT customer, I’m told to call my cellphone provider.
