Easy order process, and data transfer
I was due for an upgrade, and finally decided to bite the bullet and upgrade my Samsung Galaxy S5 phone. I went online through my account portal, and with one simple click was on my way. Before doing this, I would encourage everyone to go out and review their target phone before starting this process. My target was a Samsung Note 9. It was ordered, processed, and delivered (expect to sign for delivery) on the target date as expected. You will receive order status updates throughout the process. See more

Easy order process, and data transfer

I was due for an upgrade, and finally decided to bite the bullet and upgrade my Samsung Galaxy S5 phone. I went online through my account portal, and with one simple click was on my way. Before doing this, I would encourage everyone to go out and review their target phone before starting this process. My target was a Samsung Note 9. It was ordered, processed, and delivered (expect to sign for delivery) on the target date as expected. You will receive order status updates throughout the process. When the phone arrived, I inventoried the contents, and noticed a new SIM card. I began by doing some Google searched, and also plugging in the new phone to fully charge (it did not have a charge when it arrived). I powered on the phone, went through the customization setup and connected it to my Wireless router. With the new and old phone on my Wireless network, I then used Samsung Smart Switch app (which came installed on the new Note 9, and needed to be upgraded on my old Galaxy S5) to seamlessly transfer ALL of my Contacts, Photos, Videos, Folders, Text Messages (including history), to the new Note 9. This process took about 1 hour for approx. 30Gib's of data. After that completed, I customized my favorite Apps and was on my way. I would do this process over a couple of days - if time permits.
Given the ease of the order, and delivery process, and finally the area I always worry about - the data transfer, I would definitely recommend AT&T's order process, and this phone to others.

My phone fell and the screen guard fell off. It would not stick back. I had yo tape it on to my phone with packaging tape.
