Great device
Ready out the box plugged it in and bam done. Only problem wish it didn't cut the 4glte off at 22gigs. I'm paying so it shouldn't matter how much a customer uses.

I have attempted to activate my USB stick and I have three sets of instruction and none of them will activate my stick.

Q: Does this device have the same capability as using my phone as a hotspot? My staff need to use a hotspot in places where the wifi is too protected to allow VPN. When I use my phone as a hotspot, I can access my work's VPN and the protected portals. Same?

- A: Hi Kate2010, It uses the same AT&T wireless network, but there are slight differences on the equipment. However, if your phone is able to allow for the VPN connection, I would think this would allow it as well. David, AT&T Community Specialist7 years agoHelpful?
