Did not received my new Iphone16 Plus

I am disappointed. I never received this cell phone. According to you, mail services were unable to find and deliver it to the address listed on my purchase, so the item was returned to you, and I was left without a new phone because the sale expired. You missed not only on this purchase but on an additional as well.
