Great service call with rep

Ordering was quick and easy online. I picked up the phone at my local store and brought home to transfer data and contacts,photos,etc. although I told sales person at the store not to activate sim he did anyway which made my existing phone non-operable. I had to call AT&T customer service (they were extremely helpful) to have old phone re-activated so I could transfer everything. so you can imagine that I was a little frustrated with the sales person in store for activating new phone when I spSee more

Trade-In Experience experience was horrible!

Bought a new phone from AT&T with an $830 trade-in offer. It was in my cart. I had screenshots. I traded the phone in at the store. Got a receipt confirming the full credit. What did AT&T apply? $350. Apparently, AT&T’s version of math involves vanishing $480 somewhere between the cart and my bill. I’ve chatted with reps who confirmed I qualified for the full credit, and I’ve filed a dispute with all the proof they could possibly need. Still waiting on the “system” to catch up.
