Quit charging
This phone quit charging adter about 2 weeks. So after paying the full price for the phone, 2 weeks and 1 day later I was sent a refurbished phone to replace it.

Liking my new phone!

I upgraded from the K20. It's a similar phone, but it does work better and is faster. It's not super fancy, but I wouldn't know what to do with that anyway. I have a few apps, and of course text and call. I do like the ATT Call Protect feature - I'm not sure if that comes with all new phones or maybe its an option for older ones as well, but I have seen a big decline on my spam calls. Overall very happy with this phone!

Awful!

This phone is awful. It's underpowered and slow. It starts out with a ton of bloatware, and after the course of only 3-4 weeks becomes laggy and unresponsive, hanging frequently. I have basically had to do a factory reset every 8 weeks to make it usable. Of course, this involves hours of work to restore all my settings. I have had other low-end phones in the past, none of which were this poor. I really should buy a new phone, but am making do until I can afford to buy a REAL one.
The ONLY positive about this phone is its price. But do weigh that against the time and aggravation of trying to use it!
The best way to make this phone happy is to take a hammer and smash it to tiny bits, after you get a new one. Believe me, that is what I will be doing.

Extremely Disappointed

Extremely disappointed with the LG K40 32GB phone I just purchased. Fingerprint unlock is terrible. I have to press it several times to use it. Phone is not holding charge very well. Does not keep the settings I make - I keep making the screen brighter and is goes back to dim. Tried to add musical ringtone and it didn't take. I got this phone to replace my previous LG K40. Going to find out what the return policy is.

Size is good, able to find a case that fits. Negative factors are the dropped phone connections, email failure - the emails show up & then disappear, the emails never arrive at the phone and so I have to check them out on the computer. Accessing sites like youtube are n/a, except with a sign in account. Again, have to go to the computer to retrieve information.
