Great phone and easy purchase through the App Store. Transferring my old Samsung information, contact and apps was very easy. Basically made my new phone look like my old phone

AT&T will not post negative reviews
I'm unhapy with how I have been treated as a customer. AT&T sent me a survey and asked for my opinions. I gave them honestly and fairly. They won't pulish my review. I'll never answer another survey from AT&T. It is a waste of time.

This phone has a similar form factor to the S9 it replaces. It is fast and seems to work very well. Still need to explore all its features. Its WiFi handling is much better than the S9. It works well with an AX mesh system.

I don't agree with the restocking policy. After ordering, receiving, & deciding I wouldn't be happy with the phone, I started a return. (Not even 24 hours of having phone) I was informed of a "restocking fee". I then go to the store to see other phones to help make a purchase decision and can't even pick them up!! How is a person supposed to decide when you can't physically hold and use a device to make sure they are happy with the purchase decision. Are we all suppose to buy and pay fees until we are satisfied. Don't get me started on the insurance company they use! Make 2 claims in a year and they will drop you!! On top of the monthly payment is the deductible for used junk. I'm over AT&T!

- A: It depends @PoeClemons. If you have a Next plan and meet the requirements to upgrade, you can get a new device. You'll have to sign into your account at www.att.com to check. If you meet the requirements, it will be displayed on the device. If you do not have a Next plan, you'll have to pay off the remaining balance on the device.
