Samsung For Life
Being a brand new device, I know the speed is going to be amazing but, it is unbelievably fast and responsive. I switched to and iPhone 13 Pro Max, my first iPhone ever, and it was the worst electronics mistake ever! I had a Samsung S10+ before the iPhone, never should've switched. Immediately missed my "back" button on the bottom of the screen. And customizing options on the iPhone............there aren't any!

Debra doesn't care. Network Connectivity LEMON
I had the phone literally 13 months which means the warranty expired Debra. And out of no where it just stopped connecting to the ATT network. And that was about a year ago. I was lucky to have an S20 FE laying around and I'm able to connect to ATT though that phone. I'm about 60% done with the payments. I have learned there are alot of people with the same exact issue as me. But it's being kept under wraps. Disgusting. Absolutely shameful. I know ATT and samsung are aware. And I can't wait for See more

I was able to ignore the lack of SD card when I was offered a free upgrade to 512 GB. I ordered, it arrived quickly, and was easy to set up.
The first stumble was battery life. While in use, it seemed similar to my S20. On standby, the battery drained quickly.
The final straw was when I plugged into my Pioneer headunit to use Android Auto. Black screen. Nothing. A quick Google showed that this was happening to thousands of people with no acknowledgement from Samsung and just superficial concern from Google.
Fortunately, I was within the return window and ATT accepted the return with little hassle.
It has now been two months since the problems were reported and there has been no fix.

And I can't wait for the class action lawsuit to surface. This is completely wrong, and un-American. Debra don't even bother with your cookie cutter response. The only thing that can fix this SINCE ITS BEEN A YEAR NOW. Is to wipe out the rest of the payment or give me another S22 Ultra. The phone has depreciated enough to where there would be little to no financial loss to either Samsung or ATT. I'll now pursue that solution and will update this review with what happened shortly. If nothing is done to correct this error which is 100% not the customers fault. I will make sure the world knows about it. These are the type of stories that makes prime time TV and the type of story that becomes a landmark of a black eye for a company timeline. Too much time has passed now. No more excuses. Debra don't waste your time trying to flood this review out. I will follow up.

Sim card failure

I can barely use this phone. The sim card says it's not in the device and it hasn't been touched. I tried buying a new sim card and that didn't work. I clear the cache on my phone and that did not work and turning it on and off again. It would work temporarily oon after restarting the device, but say the sim is not working in a few minutes, hours, or a day or two. I feel like I got scammed at Sam's club too for the "free" upgrade when you switch carriers. I am currently stuck with a phone that does not work hardly. It's like a $1400 android version of a iPod. It's not even a phone anymore and it's comical. I also hate having to deal with a stylus. If they could make something cool like a touchless mode that senses where your thumb is with a press of a button or something. It's kinda pointless using this stylus it's hard to get in and out with a case on and/or with gloves on. I'm just not a phone drawer typer of guy lol. I might have to switch carriers because of this and the thought is blissful even if I might have to buy a new phone. The next carrier can keep this "free" phone that makes me wait 3 years to pay off a "free" phone before I get a new phone. By ""free"", I mean you have to use their service for 3 years before you can get a new phone. I traded in my last phone, a s21 base model, for that deal. I'd rather have that phone back. My parents mostly switched to att to not deal with some bad Verizon service that wouldn't let him know when his phone comes in and the woman behind the counter was my exs mom. It's really funny to me they did that lol. I regret them switching us to this company. I would rather pay my phone bill on my own line by myself than deal with att or an s22 ultra

I hate it! No efficiency for those who need space which is why I got the 128G. System takes 113G so apps and videos youbare very limited and will spend HOURS deleting, moving, etc. Just to do day to day online business.I HATE IT ZERO STARS!!!
