Awesome Upgrade, Very Pleased
Loved my Note20, S24 Ultra picks up right where it left off. Seamless transfer of info minimized the disruption of swapping devices and put my mind at ease.

Love my phone

Love this phone and the best camera out there on androids. Let's not say it's it has no comparison towards the iphone camera . I had the iPhone 15 pro max and if you are trying to choose which one. Go with this one!! It will not disappoint

Horrible Customer Service

This was the worst service i ever received from AT&T. I ordered a new phone and received a used phone that was locked and could not be activated. Then when trying to correct the issue and get a new phone they wanted me to pay for another phone instead of replacing their messed up order. I was told to go to the store where they could not help and wanted me to pay for a restocking fee of $55. Was transferred to i dont know how many different depts with representatives that could not speak english. I am very disappointed in the service i received. I used to work for AT&T and was told well you should understand how the process works. I worked in the call center taking payments i did not work with selling phones so no i did not know how much crap went with purchasing a new phone could be i know what i ordered and AT&T is the one who dropped the ball by sending me a used device that could not be used at all. But yet i was made to feel like it was my fault they sent me a used device and not a new one like i ordered. Then i even had a representatives tell me that is the chance you take when ordering a device online that you could possibly be purchasing a refurbished or used device. That should not be the case if you are doing a upgrade for a line and going to be paying a installment plan. I should have received a new device. Now im a little nervous about upgrading any line on my account. I might even just take my business else where if this the kind of customer service i am going to receive.
