Samsung fold 4
This is the poorest quality phone I have ever purchased.
This is my second one. I thought after I purchased the first one
it was just a bad one out of the bunch. After 4 months of having my new model, it just powers off for no reason. I was told it was a flex cable and it would cost me almost as much as the phone. I am going to buy a used phone until I pay off this 500$ I owe left on the piece of crap.

Awesome phone, so glad I switch away from iPhone. Like a breath of fresh air. The Z Fold 5 has an amazing build quality. I don't think a can go back to not having a foldable device with a good sized inner display.

An exuberantly priced cell phone thats camera is severely outdated, the (NOT INCLUDED) S pen that you have to purchase separately with a case does far less than any other version of the S Pen since the initial version and sub par graphics from the large screen make rhis the worst purchase of 2023. Returned it for a S23 Ultra

Thinking of switching to iPhone after this phone
a year ago
Great size but fold has messed up twice! I had it repaired and within 2 months it messed up again. The crease releases from the screen! I love my Galaxy phone but this one is making me reconsider. I paid too much money for this phone to be such a mess.

Q: I heard the screen is way more fragile than a regular phone, that it 'breaks' where the fold is. What are the stats on how often this has occurred. Our local store has had a lot of returns, but I really want this phone....I'm nearly blind.

- A: I have a zfold 4 and I have not had this issue. If you sit and constantly click it open and closed then maybe it could be a problem. The bigger issue is if you drop it in the unfolded or partially unfolded state then the hinge can break. But they make cases to protect against that as well. Like any phone, don't drop it and don't abuse it and you're fine imo. Recently I noticed amazon also has screen protectors for the inner unfolded screen too. A good case and screen protectors should make for a good experience with the phonea year agoHelpful?
