best electronics I ever brought.
UYou can upload the internet faster. Pictures are perfect. I also have the galaxy note.

Very Basic
Tablet comes with only one port. If you are charging the battery you do not have a usb to use for anything else. This is my first tablet and my first learning experience. Volume is very low, hard to hear.

Samsung delivers again, great product that stands apart from other tablets...would easily have gotten five stars if it had a usb port and a quad core processor.

A Basic, Overpriced Tablet

I received this tablet as a Christmas gift, and after removing from the box, discovered that it had dead pixels and a human hair stuck under the screen. After returning it and getting a brand new Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, I was fairly disappointed with the quality. The screen isn't crisp, the operating system is beyond basic, and the interface is choppy. I own multiple android devices, and can say with confidence that this product is NOT for an intermediate or advanced user. This product would be best suited for young kids, or basic users. If you want a better tablet for the same to less price, check out the Nexus line-up by Google.
DO NOT BUY THE TAB 2 10.1! (I'm trying to save you the pain of owning one).

This is a great product!

I so enjoyed my tablet. It was just like having a mini computer except the keyboard. Combined with a blue tooth keyboard you could even get around that issue. The touch screen was very responsive. I could have liked a bit better volume for using it to watch Netflix or Hulu but mostly it was just great! My tablet was stolen from my house this past weekend and I am so sad!

This tablet does what it is supposed to do. IT will work great unless you start to add a ton of apps. There are already an abundance of preinstalled apps that are not able to be deleted so be mindful of your space.

Q: Note vs Tab How come AT&T only offers the tab2 for wireless service? (do not want a hot spot, it is just an extra thing to carry around) I would like to get the Galaxy Note 10.1 but AT&T does not offer it with a plan. Is this going to change?

- A: I am sorry but I can not answer your question. I do not find a Galaxy Note 10.1. Could you be talking about the Samsung Galaxy Note 8? There is a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1. Both are tablets. They both require data plans. There is a Samsung Galaxy Note 11 that is a smartphone that requires both a wireless service and a data plan. But it is not a tablet. Some have referred to it as a phablet.12 years agoHelpful?

- A: I doubt it. Tablets if any do, rarely support voice chat for a phone call. Also there may be some plans that include phones but I would ask either At&t first or look at online specials13 years agoHelpful?

- A: Hey spongebob, good question. The Tab 2 10.1 CAN be used as a phone, but not as you might think. For calling people, you'll need an application like Skype to make the calls, but as far as texting, the device is text capable right out of the box, as long as you have a data and service plan for it.
