Good Flip Pone if your not into touch screens.
Good Flip Pone if your not into touch screens, Has great battery life, with nice big buttons, fairly loud speaker. Your Phone number (111-222-1234) come preloaded and is on the side of the box that holds the phone (in micro type & I had to figure that one out for myself). AT&T totally fails when it comes on what to do when you get the phone and there really isn't a instruction manual on how to get started to use the phone. You can download a manual online on the phone(not using it). You NeedSee more

Horrible upgrade from last flip version
Though this phone was not expensive, the last version was less expensive and offered a unbelievable reliability. The manufacturer of this version should offer refunds to anyone that purchased it. It has horrible delays in all functions. This is the WORST cell phone ever; It rings when it wants to, it doesn't record your call log appropriately, the battery life is horrible, it freezes up requiring battery removal in order to regain function. I could list more but this should cover it!

Normally I Don't write review but for this it's worth my time. It has all features which makes easy to use feature phone. Best is in built google assistant. No need to use keypad to write SMS. Whatsapp, google map and facebook apps available as well. What else you need. Good phone for backup/parents/kids!!

Incredibly frustrating and unreliable

TL:DR - If you use T9 texting, react too fast to awkward delays, text fast, like customizing features, and are prone to missing tiny important little notification icons, this phone is not for you.
I practically never write reviews, but this phone has me so annoyed and frustrated that I'm breaking the habit. I've been a lifelong flip phone user, and with a lifestyle that's rough on technology, I refuse to move into the era of easily-destroyed smart tech. However, my old Breeze II finally started falling apart after ten years of service, so I had to replace it. This seemed like the most manageable option. After a month and a half, however, I've grown so frustrated with it that I'm moving on to a Kyocera. This phone isn't even really suitable for the elderly.
Calls: If you set the phone to answer upon opening, I've been faced with a momentary (2-3 seconds, which is a LOT) delay between opening the phone and actually connecting, which when faced with an important call, prompts a hurried pressing of the 'answer' button. Unfortunately, when the phone takes that moment to remember it's supposed to answer already, that button becomes 'mute', so I've answered several calls only to find that my side is muted, leading to ample confusion. Call quality is fine, but I disagree with the delay and the placement of the mute feature.
Texting: I T9. This part of the review likely isn't relevant because of that, but for those rare souls who also prefer T9, don't get this phone. I never liked the guesswork of predictive texting, which for all I know this phone might be fairly good at, but it SUCKS for T9. There's no 'shift' button for capitalization, so you have to cycle through the entire set of 'Abc-abc-ABC-123-Predictive-Abc' just to capitalize an 'I'. It's tedious and annoying. Also, this phone CANNOT handle rapid T9 texting. If you start to go too fast, it'll get confused and start replacing random letters with entirely random numbers when you're already three more letters down the line. It's pure gobbledegook, and if you try to correct it, hitting the backspace four times in a row quickly will delete your entire message, forcing you to do the whole thing again. Then, on top of all that, the '1' set of punctuation marks misses or de-prioritizes all the ones I use most frequently - basics such as - ' ( ) * etc. I had been trained to accept cerain features as standard going into this phone - 9=shift, a method of shifting to predictive or numerals that's less easy to hit accidentally, the ability to text fast without overwhelming the phone and ending up with number-scattered gibberish, deleting the text via *holding* the backspace button, etc, and this phone does none of that. For someone who primarily uses text for communication in life, this phone is a complete failure.
Alarms: I've had this phone get confused about when an alarm was set. It went off three minutes later (the snooze is ten minutes, so it wasn't a case of accidentally snoozing it). Also, if you accidentally press anything when opening the phone to turn off the alarm, or so much as look at it wrong, it'll snooze the alarm instead of turning it off. I like that you can keep several alarms stored and activate/deactivate them easily, and also that you can set them to repeat for certain days of the week (the Breeze II failed there). I'm also surprised by just how dementedly the phone vibrates when the alarm goes off in vibrate mode, and wish the phone would use that same vigor when a call or text comes through. The timer feature is also pretty good. I just don't like how easy it is to hit snooze or deactivate an alarm.
General: I feel like the menu is missing a lot of customization features. It feels very bare, and I wasn't able to do a lot of the fine-tuning I wanted when I got the phone. When a text comes in or you miss a call, unless you catch the notification (which is quite subtle in vibrate mode), you have no indicator of a new message/missed call except for a tiny little speck in the top left corner of the screen when opened. Most other phones will give you a full-screen notice when you open it that you can easily dismiss, and I loved that the Breeze II had little LED figures on the outside of the phone that would blink for various notifications without even opening the phone.
This has all been my personal opinion and observations, but in general, I just don't find this phone reliable or functional for what I need - basic T9 texting, intuitive call answering, vibration strength, blatant notifications, or predictability.

No body could get it to work, so I returned it for a credit on the account because the phe was not processed, I could not receive return money.
