Prepay phone
When I ordered this phone for my elderly father, it was not well defined as a prepay phone. Now I’m not able to use it on my plan and will have to deal with the store clerks when I get time to drive half an hour to get there.

This is the worst phone I've ever had, and I started with those mini bricks way back in those early days. Horrible phone. Everyone sounds like they are Mickey Mouse. The keypad will do double numbers (sometimes triple numbers or letters) when you only press the key once. My old phone (the 3G one they replaced) was a really good phone -- I still use it as an alarm clock. This piece of junk is just that -- junk.
In order to open the phone, you have to hold the phone . However, holding the phone to lift the lid you end up pressing the buttons on the side-- volume or camera. My old phone, that never happened.
The keypad has frozen on me several times. This thing is only two years old and I HATE it. Hated it form the first week of using it. Garbage. Whoever designed it needs to get an F.
My old 3G flip phone purchased in 2014 was fantastic. Not once did the keypad produce double or triple characters, not once did the keypad freeze up, and not once did I press the side buttons to flip it open. AND, it fit neatly into my pocket. The sound quality on the old 3G was excellent. This thing is bigger and does not fit neatly into my pocket. This piece of garbage has really poor sound quality. Also my old phone purchased in 2014 was $14. This garbage is listed as $79.99? Overpriced piece of crappy junk.
don't waste good money for a horrible phone. ATT is absolutely no help.

Phone won’t activate. Getting told going to the store is my only option. I live in a rural area 2+ hours from a store. And they can’t restore service to my old phone either

This is a replacement phone used by an older gentleman. Larger buttons are perfect for him. The phone is great but the nano SIM card sent with the phone didn’t work. I had to visit a corporate store for a replacement, then all was well.

Haven't been able to get my Email to work on this phone. Took the phone to ATT store to be told they don't know anything about how to set up these phones. If you can't set them up you have no business selling them.I just want my email to work.
