No Battery Mode

The MegaConnect supports operation with the battery removed from the device. If you plan to plug in the device for an extended period, it is recommended to remove the battery. Ensure the device is unplugged before inserting or removing the battery. If the MegaConnect loses power when on No Battery Mode, it will automatically turn on once power is restored. The No Battery Mode is only compatible with the supplied USB cable (USB Type A to USB Type C) and the included charger (30W). Using other cables and/or chargers may cause the device to malfunction or not work correctly.

Note: For assistance on how to remove the battery, visit Device Assembly.
