I Can't Connect To My 3G MicroCell

This article explains what to do if you cannot connect to your 3G Microcell.

  1. Add the phone number associated with your AT&T Wireless Home Phone to the 3G MicroCell's approved user list.

  2. Unplug the 3G MicroCell and WHP Base Unit, wait 30 seconds, then plug them back in.

  3. Ensure that the WHP Base Unit is within range of the 3G MicroCell.
