1. To accept a second incoming call, press the Left Soft Key.
   
2. To reject the second incoming call, press the Right Soft Key.
   
3. To switch between the two calls, press Up or Down on the directional pad.
   
4. To place an outgoing call during a call, press the Left Soft Key.
   
5. Either dial the desired telephone number, or to call a saved contact, press the Left Soft Key.
   
6. Highlight Address Book, then press the Center Nav key.
   
7. Scroll to the desired contact, then press the Call key.
   
8. To activate a 3-way call, press the Left Soft Key once the second party answers.
   
9. Scroll to Conference Call, then press the Center Nav key.
   
10. Press the Center Nav key.
    
11. To end the 3-way call, press the End key.
