1. To accept an incoming call, tap answer.
   
2. To reject an incoming call, tap ignore.
   
3. To reject an incoming call and send a text reply, tap text reply.
   
4. Tap the desired reply.
   
5. To make a phone call, from the Start screen, tap the Phone icon.
   
6. Tap the Dialpad icon.
   
7. Enter the desired phone number, then tap call.
