The Wireless Home Phone comes with a limited warranty that will cover any defects in materials or manufacturing for a period of (1) year from the date of purchase, provided that you are the original end-user purchaser of the device, that your purchase was made from a supplier authorized by the seller, and that you are located within the United States.
This warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from misuse; defects or damages from abnormal use, abnormal conditions, improper storage, exposure to moisture, dampness or corrosive environments, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized repair, neglect, rough handling, abuse, accident, alteration, improper installation, incorrect voltage application, food or liquid spoilage, or acts of God; normal wear and tear; damage due to being opened, modified or repaired by anyone other than a warranty service center, or damage caused by using unauthorized spare parts; and devices on which the serial number or mobile accessory date code have been removed, erased, defaced, altered, or are illegible in any way subject to sole judgment of ZTE.
