1. CLEAR APP CACHE: Swipe down from the Notification bar, then select the Settings icon > Apps > desired app > Storage > CLEAR CACHE.
   
2. FORCE STOP AN APP: Swipe down from the Notification bar, then select the Settings icon > Apps > desired app > FORCE STOP. Select FORCE STOP to confirm.
   
3. CHECK FOR APP UPDATE: From the home screen, select the Play Store app. Select the Menu icon > My apps and games > desired app > UPDATE.
   
4. REMOVE AN APP: From the home screen, select the Play Store app. Select the Menu icon > My apps and games > desired app > UNINSTALL. Select OK to confirm.
   
5. REINSTALL AN APP: From the home screen, select the Play store. Search the desired application, then select INSTALL.
