1. From the home screen, tap the Phone icon.
   
2. Tap the Keypad icon.
   
3. Touch and hold the '1' key.
   
4. Tap 4-2-1-1, then follow the in-call instructions to enter a new password.
   Note: If you have forgotten your existing voicemail password, you will not be able to access Voicemail until you reset your voicemail password.
