1. To change your voicemail password, you must know your current voicemail password.
   Note: If you have forgotten your existing voicemail password, you will not be able to access Voicemail until you reset your voicemail password.
   
2. From the home screen, tap Apps.
   
3. Swipe to, then tap Visual Voicemail.
   
4. Tap the Menu icon.
   
5. Tap Settings.
   
6. Tap Change voicemail password.
   
7. Enter the existing voicemail password.
   
8. Tap Continue.
   
9. Enter the desired new voicemail password.
   
10. Tap Continue.
    
11. Re-enter the chosen password.
    
12. Tap Finish.
