Reset device
This article describes how to reset the device to its factory settings.
INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
- A master reset reverts the device back to factory settings. It will permanently erase all personal data, preferences, settings.
- To perform a factory reset from the device, remove the Battery cover.
- Using a pin-like object, insert and hold the Reset button for 5 seconds.
Note: A confirmation will appear on the LCD screen confirming reset.
- Alternatively, from the Elevate Manager, click About Your Mobile Hotspot.
- Click Reset Device to Factory Defaults, then follow the on-screen prompts.
