1. A master reset reverts the device back to factory settings. It will permanently erase all personal data, preferences, settings.
   
2. To perform a factory reset from the device, remove the Battery cover.
   
3. Using a pin-like object, insert and hold the Reset button for 5 seconds.
   Note: A confirmation will appear on the LCD screen confirming reset.
   
4. Alternatively, from the Elevate Manager, click About Your Mobile Hotspot.
   
5. Click Reset Device to Factory Defaults, then follow the on-screen prompts.
