1. From the home screen, press the Left Soft key.
   
2. Scroll to Email, then press the Center Nav key.
   
3. Scroll to the desired email account, then press the Left Soft key.
   
4. On Edit Account, press the Center Nav key.
   
5. If necessary, scroll to Use Signature, then press the Center Nav key to toggle on.
   
6. Scroll to Signature Settings, then press the Center Nav key.
   
7. Press the Left Soft key.
   
8. Enter the desired signature, then press the Center Nav key.
   
9. Press the Right Soft key.
   
10. Press the Left Soft key to save.
