1. From the home screen, press the Left Nav key.
   
2. Scroll to Tools, then press the Center Nav key.
   
3. Scroll to Calendar, then press the Center Nav key.
   
4. Press the Left Soft key.
   
5. Scroll to New, then press the Center Nav key.
   
6. On Appointment, press the Center Nav key.
   
7. Enter the desired Subject.
   
8. Scroll to Address, then enter the desired address.
   
9. Scroll to Start Date, then press the Center Nave key.
   
10. Scroll left or right to select Month, Day or Year, then scroll up or down to adjust the desired item.
    
11. Press the Center Nav key.
    
12. Scroll to Start Time, then press the Center Nav key.
    
13. Scroll left or right to select Hour, Minute or am/pm, then scroll up or down to adjust the desired item.
    
14. Press the Center Nav key.
    
15. Repeat steps 9-14 for End Date and End Time.
    
16. Press the Left Soft key to save.
