1. From the home screen, press the Left Soft key.
   
2. Scroll to Email, then press the Center Nav key.
   
3. Scroll to the desired email account, then press the Center Nav key.
   
4. Scroll to New Email, then press the Center Nav key.
   
5. Enter the desired recipient's email address.
   
6. Scroll to the Subject field, then enter the desired subject line.
   
7. Scroll to the Text field, then enter the desired email body.
   
8. Press the Center Nav key to send.
