1. Press the Volume keys located on the back of the device to adjust the volume and to display volume controls.
   
2. To enable vibrate mode, reduce the volume until the Vibrate icon appears.
   
3. When vibrate mode is enabled, the Vibrate icon will display in the notification bar.
   
4. To enable silent mode, tap NO INTERRUPTIONS.
   
5. When silent mode is enabled, the Silent icon will display in the notification bar.
   
6. Tap the Settings icon to access additional volume settings.
   
7. Adjust settings as desired.
