1. To change your voicemail password, you must know your current voicemail password.
   Note: If you have forgotten your existing voicemail password, you will not be able to access Voicemail until you reset your voicemail password.
   
2. From the home screen, tap the Apps icon.
   
3. Swipe to, and then tap Visual Voicemail.
   
4. Press the Menu icon, and then tap Settings.
   
5. Tap Change voicemail password.
   Note: Alternatively, to change the voicemail password by calling into the IVR service, from the home screen, tap 'Phone' > Tap the Voicemail icon, or press and hold the 1 icon on the keypad > Enter your current password (if prompted) > From the main voicemail menu, tap the 4 key > 2 key > 1 key > 1 key.
   
6. Enter your existing voicemail password, and then tap Continue.
   
7. Enter the desired new voicemail password, and then tap Continue.
   
8. Re-enter the desired new voicemail password for confirmation, and then tap Finish.
