1. From any screen, press and hold the Home key.
   
2. Tap the Google icon.
   Note: Alternatively, tap the Google search field on the home screen.
   
3. To perform a text search, enter the desired search term(s) in the Search field.
   
4. Tap a suggested search, or tap the Search icon.
   
5. Tap the Clear icon to clear the Search field.
   
6. To perform a voice search, tap the Microphone icon, or speak the phrase "Ok Google".
   
7. Speak the desired search term(s).
   
8. To change search settings, press the Menu key.
   
9. Tap Settings.
   
10. Edit the desired search settings.
