1. Remove the back of the device using the indent in the Back cover.
   
2. Insert the Micro-SIM card into the SIM card slot, making sure the gold contacts are facing down and the notched edge is facing the slot.
   
3. Insert the microSD card into the microSD card slot, making sure the gold contacts are facing down.
   Note: Memory cards are sold separately. To prevent data corruption, it is recommended to unmount your memory card before removing it. To unmount your memory card, tap Settings > Device Tab > Storage > Unmount SD Card.
   
4. Place the Battery in the Battery compartment, making sure the gold contacts on the battery align with the contacts in the compartment.
   
5. Align the Back cover with the back of the device.
   
6. Press firmly along the edges of the cover until it snaps fully into place.
   Note: For protection against water damage, firmly seal the battery cover before use.
   
7. If the device is powered on without a SIM card, the Missing SIM icon will display in the notification bar.
