1. To change your voicemail password, you must know your current voicemail password.
   Note: If you've forgotten your password here's how to reset it.
   
2. From the home screen, tap the Apps icon.
   
3. Swipe to, then tap Visual Voicemail.
   
4. Tap the Menu icon.
   
5. Tap Settings.
   
6. Tap Change voicemail password.
   Note: Alternatively, to change the voicemail password by calling into the IVR service, from the home screen, tap 'Phone' > Tap the Voicemail icon, or press and hold the 1 icon on the keypad > Enter your current password (if prompted) > From the main voicemail menu, tap the 4 key > 2 key > 1 key > 1 key.
   
7. Enter your current password, then tap Continue.
   
8. Enter your new password, then tap Continue.
   
9. Confirm your new voicemail password, then tap Finish to complete changing your password.
