How to troubleshoot the voicemail feature.

- To change your voicemail password, you must know your current voicemail password.
Note: If you've forgotten your password here's how to reset it.
- From the home screen, tap the Apps icon.
- Swipe to, then tap Visual Voicemail.
- Tap the Menu icon.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Change voicemail password.
Note: Alternatively, to change the voicemail password by calling into the IVR service, from the home screen, tap 'Phone' > Tap the Voicemail icon, or press and hold the 1 icon on the keypad > Enter your current password (if prompted) > From the main voicemail menu, tap the 4 key > 2 key > 1 key > 1 key.
- Enter your current password, then tap Continue.
- Enter your new password, then tap Continue.
- Confirm your new voicemail password, then tap Finish to complete changing your password.
