1. To set the date and time, from the home screen, swipe down from the Notification bar.
   Note: The device will automatically attempt to set the date and time from the network. This tutorial demonstrates how to manually set the date and time on your device.
   
2. Tap the Settings icon.
   
3. Scroll to, then tap Date & time.
   
4. If enabled, tap Automatic date & time to disable.
   
5. Tap Set date.
   
6. Select the Desired date and then tap Done.
   
7. Tap Set time.
   
8. Tap the hour, then change accordingly, and tap Done.
   
9. Tap the minutes, then change accordingly, and tap Done.
   
10. Tap Choose date format.
    
11. Tap the Desired format.
    
12. To set an alarm, from the home screen, tap the Apps icon.
    
13. Tap Clock.
    
14. Tap the Alarm icon.
    
15. Tap the Add icon.
    
16. Select the time to set your alarm by tapping the clock and tap OK.
    
17. Select whether you want the alarm on or off by tapping the Alarm toggle.
    
18. To use the timer, from the Clock screen, tap the Timer icon.
    
19. Tap the time you want to set your timer.
    
20. To start the timer tap Start.
