App Troubleshooting

Use application manager and usage manager to improve your app and device performance.

  1. To clear an app’s cache, from the home screen swipe down to the Notifications bar.

  3. Scroll to, then tap Apps.

  4. Swipe to the ALL tab.

  5. Scroll to, then tap the Desired application.

  6. Tap Clear cache.

  7. To stop an app, navigate to the Usage Manager.

  8. Tap the App you want to stop.
    Note: For this demonstration “Music” was selected.

  9. Tap Stop.

  10. To close all apps, tap Recent Apps button and tap the Close all apps tab in the lower right corner.

  11. To update an app, from the home screen, tap the Play Store icon.

  12. Tap the Menu icon.

  13. Tap My apps.

  14. Tap the Desired application that requires an update.

  15. Tap UPDATE.

  16. Tap ACCEPT.

  17. To uninstall, tap UNINSTALL.

  19. To re-install, tap INSTALL.
