1. To change your Visual Voicemail password, you must know your current password.
   Note: If you have forgotten your existing voicemail password, you will not be able to access Voicemail until you reset your voicemail password.
   
2. From the home screen, tap Phone.
   
3. Tap the Visual Voicemail icon.
   
4. Tap MORE.
   
5. Tap Settings.
   
6. Tap Change password.
   
7. Enter your existing voicemail password, then tap CONTINUE.
   
8. Enter Desired new password, then tap CONTINUE.
   
9. Reenter Desired new password, then tap OK.
   Note: You can also change your password by calling in to your voicemail. From the dial pad, press and hold the 1-key > Enter your voicemail password + the # key > 4-key > 3-key.
