Software Version

Determine your current device software version and check for updates.
INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
  1. VIEW SOFTWARE INFORMATION: Swipe down from Notification bar, then select the Settings icon.

  2. Scroll to and select System. Select About phone.

    Step 2

  3. Android version and Baseband version will be displayed.

    Step 3

  4. CHECK FOR SOFTWARE UPDATES: From the System screen, select System update.

    Note: For more information on the latest update available for your device, check att.com/softwareupdates.

  5. Select Check for update.

    Note: If an update is available, select Install then follow the prompts to update your device.
