Block or Unblock Calls

Block or unblock calls from your device and block unknown calls.


Prenote info

When a call is blocked, it is routed directly to voicemail. The call blocking feature may not affect phone calls made or received via third-party apps installed on your device. Please contact third party app developers for assistance with such applications.

Block and Unblock numbers

BLOCK: From the Dial tab in the Phone app, select the Menu Icon Menu icon in the Search field then select Call settings. Select Call blocking & Decline with message, then select Blocked numbers.

ADD A NUMBER: Select the add icon Add icon, then select the desired option.

CONTACTS: Select Contacts then navigate to and select the desired contact(s).
RECENT CALL: Select Call logs then select the desired number.
NEW NUMBER: Select New number then enter the desired number.

BLOCK PRIVATE NUMBERS: From the Call blocking & Decline with message screen, select the Private numbers switch.
