1. To change your voicemail password, you must know your current voicemail password.
   Note: If you have forgotten your existing voicemail password, you will not be able to access Voicemail until you reset your voicemail password.
   
2. To change or reset Voicemail password dial 611 to call Customer Service.
   
3. When prompted by the system, speak "Reset Voicemail Password" aloud. Then follow the system's prompts.
   
4. If no other action is take, the system will generate a new password and message it to you.
