1. To change your voicemail password using the Visual Voicemail app, tap the Phone icon.
   Note: If you have forgotten your existing voicemail password, you will not be able to access Voicemail until you reset your voicemail password.
   
2. From the Dial tab, tap the Visual Voicemail icon.
   
3. Tap the Menu icon, then tap Settings.
   
4. Tap Change voicemail password.
   
5. Enter your desired new voicemail password, then tap Continue.
   
6. Enter your desired new voicemail password, then tap Finish.
   Note: Alternatively, you can change your voicemail password from the dial pad by pressing and holding the 1-key to access the voicemail system > enter your existing password > 4-key > 2-key > 1-key. If you have forgotten your existing voicemail password, you will not be able to access voicemail until you reset your voicemail password.
