ADD A NUMBER TO THE BLOCK LIST: From the call log in the Phone app select the desired number or contact, then select Call details. Note: When a call is blocked, it is routed directly to voicemail. The call blocking feature may not affect phone calls made or received via third-party apps installed on your device. Please contact third party app developers for assistance with such applications. Select Block number.
ACCESS BLOCKED NUMBERS LIST: From the Phone app, select the Menu icon then select Settings. Select Call blocking.
UNBLOCK A NUMBER: From the Blocked numbers list, select the Remove icon then select UNBLOCK. Note: To manually add a number to the Blocked numbers list, select ADD A NUMBER and follow the prompts.
