Change or Reset Voicemail Password

Reset a forgotten password or change an existing voicemail password.

To change your voicemail password, you must have already Set Up Voicemail.
1. To change your voicemail password, from the Phone app select the Keypad icon then select and hold the 1 key.

Note: To access the Phone app, from the clock screen press the Power/Home button then select the phone Phone app.

2. Select the menu Menu icon, then select Keypad.

3. Enter your current password.

4. To change your password, press 4 > 2 > 1 > 1 > enter your new password > Pound key. 

Note: To change your voicemail password via the interactive voice response, you must know your current voicemail password. If you have forgotten your existing voicemail password, you will not be able to access Voicemail until you reset your voicemail password.
